It seems that the fight is heating up a bit. And it doesn’t matter where you look, it seems.
So I’m out and about earlier today doing bits and pieces. In town at one side of a square, what appeared to be some Baptist folks singing and wearing t-shirts that said ‘God Loves You’. At the other side, a couple of chaps offering free copies of the Koran. Online, a battle against New Age rages and YouTube is filling up with ‘My Testimony’ type videos by those who have ‘escaped the evil clutches’ of their former lives and found Christianity.
In the meantime, the rampant hypocrisy continues. Conservative Christians continue to oppress minorities in their communities. Islamist extremists continue to pose a threat to those who follow a different path. The Israelis while once an oppressed people, continue to oppress their neighbours, using historical victimhood as a crutch as the abused long ago, became the abuser.
Only a few days ago, someone asked me on Twitter why I believe ‘the cards can tell me the future and why I don’t align myself with God’. This from someone who’s profile picture depicts him in uniform holding an automatic weapon. My reply? ‘Why do you talk about aligning yourself with God while holding an instrument of death?’
This might seem a little unkind since the person in question is described in his bio as a veteran. It’s important to recognise those who sacrifice for us, right? No. That said, I don’t blame servicemen for wanting to serve their country. I blame the lies and liars used to justify their unnecessary sacrifice.
Or perhaps we should – if there were any (even 1?) wars fought by any 1st world white privileged nation since the second world war, that wasn’t motivated by political and corporate greed, power and world influence. I can’t think of a single conflict that has been necessary to protect the people of any of these nations. I can think of a few false flags used to justify them.
This post is all just my opinion. I haven’t chosen to include evidence to support what I say. I’ve done my research. If you’re interested enough, I suggest you do yours.
So everyone has their corner of faith, belief, religion, spirituality or whatever. And far too many of us even today still think a different point of view is enough to go to war over? Nope. It’s just an excuse. And it’s wearing thin.
Here I sit in relative safety, at my computer typing this while people are out there risking their lives so I can continue to do so? Perhaps. But the motivations of soldiers going into battle are always honourable yes? No matter what side they’re on. The difference between a freedom fighter and a terrorist, depends on which side you’re on.
In the past few decades, there’s a chilling correlation between those nations of the world whose banking system were independent of the world bank, and those who found themselves being set up with false flags and invaded. What a coincidence. If we hadn’t gone there, killed lots of them, took over, forced regime change to suit our motives, then left them to sink or swim, would they have come here? Who are the real terrorists then? I’ll leave you to make your own mind up about that.
I would only ask you though, to not base your response if you have one, on where you live, what religion you are if you have one, your politics or your ethnicity. And dig up some facts for yourself. Hard, isn’t it?
